Resize the 18inch fan blade to 25inch. Copy blades from 25inch fan blade and make them as object. After making them as object resize the width of 25inch fan blades to fit on 18inch fan blade. Remember to keep correct ratio such as it keeps ratio in the length. And fit the blade objects to 18inch fan blade. Make the fan blade hole like a nut size M8 to fit on a motor. And make the hole anticlockwise to fit on motor. Such as you screw the fan blade on motor in anticlockwise side. Watch this video: [login to view URL] Please watch this video and let me know if you have not understand anything. I know for some persons it is not easy to understand what i try to show and write. If you do it wrong way than i keep the right to get it corrected. Original file is a step file. And after all work make it back to step file. Also i want the work files in Solidworks. Step file will be given to selected user only.

Hi, it's almost clear. But if we work together I will ask you the right question if something I don't understand. And I will adjust if something wrong till you say it's ok. I have solidworks 2013. I have another question. Why 20h? There is something else to do or just this helix? You need only 3D file or 2D drawings with different views and dimension ? Regards
