Interior Design Rendering for In-Line Sit down Fast Food Restaurant Concept

We have rendering for Food court for 700 sqft but we need rendering for In-Line Sit down store. We can forward your our work. We need some interior design concepts for our restaurant which will be 1386 sqft. We need Front of the House ( FOH) space to be designed using over concept. We only require concepts right now outlining basic design ( Which we have pi, pay area, layout, seating, furniture, backroom etc. We do not need hvac, electrical or mechanical drawings. We need these concepts as part of a presentation. We want: * 3 different design concepts (each design should look like a different place) * autocad 3d drawings showing each concept * in full colour * colour schemes can be basic but still interesting * must show furniture, pay area, lighting, floor etc. I will provide to the winning bidder full details including specifications, area dimensions, seating capacity etc. ALL BIDDERS: *MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DESIGN *MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW OTHER WORK OR PORTFOLIO *WINNING BIDDER WILL MAKE CHANGES TO DESIGN IF WE ARE NOT SATISFIED *ESCROW WILL ONLY BE RELEASED AFTER ALL 3 CONCEPTS ARE COMPLETED
