I am currently employed in a call center here in the Philippines as a Technical Support Representative. I have knowledge in MS Office, E-mail, Web Browsing and Searching, File Downloading and Uploading, chatting, voice and video conferencing, software and hardware installation. Also I have more than 4 years experience in DSL troubleshooting.
Web browsing and researching are my hobbies. I'm always challenging myself when it comes to internet surfing of different information. I practice detailed, efficient and high quality data mining in the World Wide Web.
I am resourceful, patient, hardworking, can adapt different kinds of jobs and work with a little supervision. To have different kinds of works would be my stepping stone for a higher and better career in life.
I am currently available 22 hours per week and can be reached online Yahoo Messenger or Skype, Thursday from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. of Friday, Friday 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Saturday it would be from 12:00 p.m. up to 5:00 p.m. GMT (Philippine) time that is equal to (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada). By the way, our time changes every month because we have a 24 hour rotating shift. The schedules that I mentioned would be my availability for the whole month of November. If I’m gonna have some extra time like Vacation Leave then I will be happy to work on those days.
