Ans: I used Net::HTTP to call 3rd party apis. we can communicate with other web services by using this. 3. Which specific tools, libraries or frameworks would you use to test the implementation of a class that communicates with a 3rd party API? Ans: I used Firefox Restclient tools Or Google Postman tools to check API's. 4. How would you execute a periodic Rake task on Heroku that synchronizes our application with a 3rd party service? Ans: We can execute any rake task on Heroku by put that task command in Procfile. 5. Which service for collecting exception reports do you recommend. Ans: I would suggest Rails Exception handler.

I just mock the call to the third party and then I would test the internal logic, just in case that the third party would be fully tested, like Stripe which I have used. 4.
