Craigs List Poster

We are a real estate company that has listings. We need those listings posted on Craigs List and kept up to date. We need someone who knows Craigs List inside and out. 1. Keep our listings fresh and on top of the CL list as often as possible 2. Prevent ghosting 3. Prevent flagging 4. Determine subject lines and edit flyers of Postlets or whichever flyer system is determined to be the most effective for CL 5. I want a way to be able to monitor all our ads using a quick and easy method anytime anywhere. 6. I would like a method of measuring all leads procured from our CL exposure but I acknowledge this may be difficult if not impossible. Here's a possible method of performing the above task 1. Pull our MLS listing information from each listing that we email you. 2. Build a flyer through Postlets or other flyer systems "possibility our automated website flyers" ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Unsure of what you are asking.
