GrowSquar is looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in sales of IT & Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for given leads into a successful business for the organization. The candidate should have prior experience in sales or business development for Web, Mobile Application Development, and Digital Marketing services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying new business development opportunities in global and domestic markets.
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels(Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cold calling & Cold emailing)
- Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads.
- Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.
- Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.
- Nurturing leads and follow-ups.
- Relationship management with existing and potential clients.
- Quality checking of the company's sales processes.
- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.
- Networking to gain potential leads.
**Required Skills**
- Must have a strong knowledge of websites and Applications ( Only For sales Prospective not for development )
- Must know about Digital Marketing
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
- Willing to grow with a startup.
