Need Call Center /Telemarketing - up to $800+/Sale-Loan Modification Software - Weekly Pay -- 3

Hello, I am looking for the following: -Company needs a Telemarketing team or Call Center to sell good amounts of our product every week. Experienced people Only, the company needs results and it pays good for it. - The company sells a Loan Modification Software (computer-based). Version Overview: Monthly pay - software is used to prepare package with expert assistance, however, the software also tracks the progress of the modification and the expert also handles the modification work with the lender. IMPORTANT, the client does not know how to use the software, it is used to track the progress of the modification. YOU will need to: - Provide your own listing of homeowners who are behind, struggling, facing foreclosure or in a FHA loan or adjustable loan. California, Nevada, Texas, etc... are good states to target because of so many foreclosures. -When you contact the homeowner, discuss the details and the homeowner provides payment details that you email everyday. The payments are processed centrally using a online check gateway. -The monthly tracking software sells for $499 /mo OR $549 /mo (if they do not have MS Office). Your commission is $200 /mo. Average customer will pay for about 4 months. So, this one pays about $800 per sale over 4 months. Pay-Per-Lead Option: Will also pay $5 – 10 per qualified lead instead of pay-per-sale. Minimum Criteria for Pay per lead: - Loan balances need to be 100k or more Loan Rate needs to be 5% OR HIGHER - Borrower needs to be able to afford ongoing payments - Borrower must want a loan modification -The minimum projected goal is to get approx. 10 sales per week. In 4 months, you could make $80,000 since you would receive monthly pay from earlier sales as well. - After reading details, I will expect a response with your marketing plan and sales goal. -This will be an ongoing project where the winning bidder will be able to decide how much their income will be, based on how much effort they are willing to put forth.
