We're a company that has been in business since 1982 and we stock more than 70,000 parts. We need help improving our sales across the United States.
Regarding the commission rate, we will give a scenario. Let's say that you make $10,000 dollars a month in sales. The percentage of profit is 25% on this $10,000, so that's $2,500. We will be taking a small 5% out of the initial sales (10,000) being $500 for expenses. So we would reduce the expenses from the profit leaving us with $2000 and we are offering you 25% of that. That leaves you with $500 for that month.
I will assure you that selling that amount is not a difficult task as any good repair store cannot survive without purchasing at least $500 on a weekly bases. I will also mention that some of these parts cost up to around $350 for a single screen. Most of your sales will be from LCD screens. But you have to push to sell the other small parts that we have like batteries, cameras, charging ports,etc in order to maximize your percentages of profit. The the percentage of profit on the LCDs is typically lower than the rest of our products. However, weekly a good store would need to buy a minimum of 30 screens. So we want to be clear that the percentage of profit is a little low but the volume and movement of these LCDs is so fast that is makes up for the lower percentage of profit.
