The freelancer needs to have expertise in how to set up user accounts to be used together with RPA The question is how do you set up user accounts so that the RPA developers can build automated processes in SAP, and set it up afterwards with user accounts so the processes run automatically. How is this done so that you can fully utilise the RPA technology and at the same time not compromise safety too much by giving the same user too much access. Hope some have experience in implementing this at a larger coorporation and can share some general knowledge

There are two aspects that need to be established before creating the user in the system: The first one is the connection method to SAP (password, PKI card) and the second one is the business process end to end used by RPA. Based on the process you will create a tailored technical role that will give the minimum proper rights to the user and are comply with SoD rules.
