Google First page listing, link building & directory listing

Looking for SEO experts, to do link building & directory listing, blog posting, social networking, bookmark submission, classified ads, ect. to make sure, our website: [login to view URL] will show up in the first of google searcch under 5 keywords: dance shoes, latin dance dances, ballroom dance shoes, salsa dance shoes, salsa congress. Requirement: 1. No black hat, Gray hat tactics can beused that would cause our website with anything that might be construed as offensive in any way. The methods used should not violate any Google rules or cause my website to be in violation. 2. Full amount of payment will be escorted, half payment will be graded for 2 of the keywords resulting in 1st page placement on Google for 14 consecutive days. The final payment paid upon the other 3 keywords making 1st page placement. 3. Rules for links Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website (three-way links ok) - There must be no more than 40 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed - Page must be updated by Google within the last 30-45 days - Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink (to be provided to winning bidder) - No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics - Link page should be only from English language sites - Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc - Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. - Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links - No scraper sites, mirror sites - No sites banned by google. - Must be manually submitted. - No link schemes, No blog comments, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups - Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses - deployment of the links over 3-4 weeks 4.
