On-Page Seo Project!

Easy project. I have 30 category each of them have a average of 6 keywords which I have research. I need someone to come in and make me unique titles and meta-description tags. I will check copy scape to ensure everything unique I do not need copy content. This is a small project which can be done very easy by someone experience. I need the information to be given back to me in a Excel document. I need it to be organized. I have a Excel document which contains the information about the category and keywords. Requirements: Title need to be a max of 70 words.. ( Needs to contain all keywords if possible if not some) Meta- Description needs to be a max of 150 words. (Needs to contain all keywords if possible) Please only experience Seo workers apply. You will need to be able to show me a few example at which you have done for someone else. Thanks.
