eCommerce - Amazon & eBay

Take the lead on our ecommerce business on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Amazon • Create/Maintain Listings • Edit photos for upload – resize, enhance, remove background, etc. • Fix Suppressed listings • Submit cases for FBA reimbursements • Run weekly/monthly critical reports to monitor account health and spot problems • Reconcile FBA shipments and submit cases for lost items • Perform Product Research on Amazon • Manage inventory through Solid Commerce Inventory Management system • Create process documents eBay • Experienced in import Amazon Listings to eBay using a bulk upload tool • /Maintain eBay listings • Edit photos for upload – resize, enhance, remove background, etc. • Answer customer questions • Manage inventory through Solid Commerce Inventory Management system Walmart • Create/Maintain listings • Edit photos for upload – resize, enhance, remove background, etc. • Assist in all activities to Launch products on Walmart • Answer customer questions Shopify • Create/Maintain listings • Edit photos for upload – resize, enhance, remove background, etc. • Process orders • Answer customer questions Required Skills:¬ (Please rank the level of expertise for each skill from 1-10 with 1= No experience and 10=Expert) • EXPERT in eBay - Must know how to upload/edit all parts of product listings manually or via file upload, process orders, answer customer emails (Must have at least 2yrs of experience) • Experienced with Amazon Seller Central – Must know how to add products manually or via file upload. Edit product information, submit support cases, (Must have at least 1yrs of experience) • EXPERT in photo editing - to be able to resize, remove background, enhance, manipulate images, and create new ones if necessary (Must have at least 2yrs of experience) • Experienced working with Shopify (Must have at least 6 months of experience) • Excellent English speaking and writing skills - (Must have) • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel – Know to run basic formulas (Must have), vlook-ups (Nice to have) • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Drop Box (Must have) • Acute attention to details (Must have) • Experience with Quickbooks – strongly desired but not required • Experience with Walmart back office - desired but not required • Experience with Jungle Scout – desired but not required • Experience with Solid Commerce - desired but not required • Experience with Ecomdash - desired but not required • Can work independently, quickly, thoroughly, and accurately • Take initiatives on tasks and not wait around to be asked to do something Job Condition: This position is Part-time to Full-time. The schedule is semi flexible. You can work from 8am -5pm US Pacific business hours or half US US Pacific business hours and the rest Philippine time of your choice. You must be available to meet during US business hours or early evening Pacific time when necessart. No weekend support is needed. Project Type: Ongoing project
