I need a simple and clean looking, high converting Shopify website. Shipping zones, Dynamic cart etc...

-I need a simple, high converting Shopify "HUB" style website to sell products (retail & drop shipping) and showcase our online training program. -You MUST understand and be capable of setting up SHIPPING ZONES and dynamic shopping carts (ex: cart threshold, related products, recommended products etc...). -You MUST understand how to use and implement SHOPIFY SCRIPTS. -The attached photos are references of websites we like ( [login to view URL] #4, [login to view URL] #3, [login to view URL] #2 ) -The themes on shopify we like, are "empire" and "media center" which are photos numbered #1 and #5 respectively. -Our favorite style is the "media center" theme, we just like how it is very simple and the photos show exactly what the customer is getting, NO BS. -We need to make sure there are related products advertised and the cart should offer free shipping if a certain cart value is reached. -Shipping rates for the following zones: Canada, US, & International and the rates should be dynamically updated for every customer. I am more than willing and very happy to compensate anyone who is capable of completing ALL of the tasks mentioned above.
