I wanted to assign an "Engraving" option to some of my products and followed this guide: [login to view URL] It basically guides you how to create additional product template with a custom field that the customer can use to fill a text they want to be engraved on the product. The problem is, when I use that tample, the engraving field is working, but the select product option is not working. The description tab is also not showing. I want someone to check the product template and fix it, then let me know what the issue was.
