I am looking for a developer with EXPERIENCE in SunShop cart modification, to COMPLETE a simple modification/install of VERY BASIC SunShop cart which was never completed by a flaky website I had the misfortune to find (won't make that mistake again) that strung me along with "delays" excuses for 30 days. I prefer a developer in North America I can talk with on the *TELEPHONE* to clarify my needs (this will save us both much wasted time over multiple emails). Present cart process starts at this page (seems to be working ok): [login to view URL] Customer clicks on button (only 6 items for sale--very simple) WHAT IS NEEDED ON THIS PAGE--I think this page is working correctly, but not positive--you should check it out). Customer is then is brought to this page: [login to view URL] (WHAT IS NEEDED ON THIS PAGE: fix "Optional Upgrade" fuction on bottom of page so when customer orders the upgrade, instead of opening a 3rd "floating" browser window, that upgrade is added to cart in original window. Customer then goes to next page: [login to view URL] (WHAT IS NEEDED ON THIS PAGE: (a) delete "Company Name" field, (b) remove error message when customer clicks "Continue" button (says "Please fill in all required fields"--even though they ARE already filled); (c) insert Credit Card billing information fields on this SAME page--at BOTTOM--underneath the "Billing Information" fields); ad custom text field (unlimited text permitted) called "Comments or Special Instructions". OTHER WORK NEEDED: (a) install "Chase Paymentech" plug-in (my understanding is that has not been done yet, but not sure). (b) take care of any other "loose ends" to get the shopping cart check-out 100% operational. I have never used this cart before, and have no programming experience to even know what needs to be done to make it "work". No fancy features needed or wanted--just a very 'bare-bones' and QUICK checkout process for my customers. No shipping information required (I send products by email). But DOES need to calculate TAXES (if purchaser is in Canada). No US taxes required. FINALLY: After we are done with this intitial "set-up" work--I would like to keep in touch with you for an ONGOING support of the cart (for extra pay, of course--not included in this first bid)as I need your help for future "tweaks" or improvements (more work for you in the future is very likely). FINALLY: When I got rid of the jerks who strung me along, they gave me this "advice" to pass to you: "Ok, no problem, it will be refunded…. All our replacement has to do is set up test page, install paymenttech and you have to give him paymenttech user and pass or hash key, he can set up and you will have to make a real order to verify that it works ( it will) and then have him move checkout to ‘live’ page". I hope I haven't given too much information in this post . . . but wanted to be as clear as possible to save you time when reading it. - Jim
