Need hands-on website administrator for e-commerce sites!

Hello, I need a website administrator that I can trust with individuals tasks such as, - Adding, or "installing" pre-made scripts, HTML codes to a website. - Web design, adjusting images, website size, modify images. - Basically everything to maintain the website and keep in running smoothly. - Help with monotoring traffic, inserting url codes for paid advertising campaigns ,etc. - Making sure the funnel throughout the e-commerce website is functional. - Occasionaly scanning/cleaning websites from Trojan scripts, malicious codes. - You need to have some basic knowledge in e-commerce websites, (IE: Google Analyitcs, Autoresponders codes, affiliate tracking codes, Adwords landing page codes, etc.) REQUIREMENTS: (If you can't respect this, don't post here!) - I prefer communicating via Gmail, Google talk & Skype. Video chat is sometime necessary to ease complex explanations. - Turn around on replies is 5-10 hours max, if you reply after 24 hours, it's not going to work out. - You need to be able to speak and write in english, if you cannot explain to me something in email or via chat forget it. - I need a hands on guy/or team to make sure what I say gets done in the technical side of things quickly, and I can be updated all the time on the project. If you are the kind that takes hours to insert a piece of code to the website, don't even bother posting. (I know how to do most of this stuff and know exactly how much it could take approximately). - If you need to ask me questions every single time you do something, and cannot manage or research on Google how to do basic things on your own, do not post here. - If you are limited in knowledge with managing website and I'm talking about design (photoshop skills) all the way to basic programming of HTML, java script, flash, do not post here. - You need to be respectful and trustworthy, you also need to be a cool guy or girl ;)! My requirements are not evil at all, I demand that the jobs get done quickly that way you have more free time to do what you want and the same for me.
