Cryptocurrency exchange built with Solidity on Ethereum

We need a DApp on the Ethereum block chain. It will be a cryptocurrency exchange. The exchange needs to be built in Ethereum due to its open architecture and peer-to-peer platforms, specifically for creation of financial instruments. We need a programmer who knows C++ and/or Java. The language of Ethereum is Solidity, and based off the above languages. Much of the building blocks for this language are open source. Tutorials can be found on YouTube and GitHub. We are looking to pay by the hour, starting with a $10-$15 rate. Accommodations can be made if appropriate. There will be two parts on this project. First, the back-end of the exchange. There will be significant collaboration between you and our team during this phase. Ultimately, we want the exchange to handle simultaneous transactions on a myriad of currency pairs. Mainstream coins like Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin will trade on the exchange because they are a universal unit of exchange. However, the exchange will focus on implementing original tokens for our market to trade. We will keep the exchange in-house because we will launch dozens of new tokens. Getting multiple exchanges to accept all of our coins is not probable. Also, keeping the exchange in house will bring more streams of income and increased revenues. The crypto-currency app Binance should be used as a reference. The second phase is developing the front end of the exchange: ensuring a user friendly experience. The platform needs to run on iOS, Windows, and Google. It should be downloadable from the app store. Account set up will happen by creating or linking an ether wallet. They can trade currencies and stay logged on for long periods of time while their account is on the block-chain. Our system would only process their transactions and settle our balances. We are brokers. We will only be market makers to keep a balance in prices to prevent crashes. The app also needs to be capable of having a live news feed. We need thorough communication between both parties. Our team will focus on the advertising, building concepts, and creating the tokens and smart contracts. Current date for launch is by midnight on January 29th, 2018. This is our tentative date and willing to move the date of our ICO to March 1st or later.
