Freelance Project to adjust Oracle 12c databases for a .NET WCF Application

INTRODUCTION We are a company that provides a .NET WCF based application. Our product supports either Oracle or SQL Server databases. One of our customers uses Oracle 12c for this application and we have been facing some issues with the availability of their database. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA We will consider this project finished when: - The database services are stable; - You provide a didactical documentation of all the adjustments you had to make to the database. OBJECTIVES The goal of this project is to generate a document artifact with all the adjustments we need to do on the database so that we can retain this knowledge for further reference. SCHEDULE We expect you to start working as soon as we provide the remote access. We also expect that this project will take up to 15 days (mainly for validation). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION After a short period (generally a week) of normal database usage, we are not able to connect to the databases until we restart the Oracle Listener Service. Even if we are using SQL Plus. There is only one instance of Oracle installed, but there are two PDB (Pluggable Databases) for different purposes: one is for production use and the other is for quality assurance (version validation).
