I Needed Java Programmer

I am looking for a java programmer (.jar) web scraper who can work for us for a long-term contract. We have other web scrapers working for us but we need 1 more web scraper since the load of work is very high. We ONLY need the script. We do not need the data. We will run the script our self. The script should read the Parcel ID from input file and produce an output file with the requested data that needs to be web scraped. Once the script its completed, an email notification will be sent me notifying that the job is completed. The java programmer should be also able to web scrape pdf files because there are a few counties that have their data in pdf files. Every script should be finalized in no more than 2 days. This is how it should be worked out: 1. You get the instructions to produce the script 2. Then you work on the script and send me back an output file with 2,000 Parcel ID web scraped with all the required data I requested. 3. I review the output file to see if it is approved or not. 4. If the output file its approved, then you send me the work invoice and I make the payment. 5. Then you sent me the script for me to work on the web page. 6. If the script works well in my computer and produces the requested output file, then I proceed to approve your Order. If the script does not produce the requested output file, then I will submit a review for you to correct whatever mistake was done on the script. 7. Once the script works as requested ON MY COMPUTER, then I will approve your work and approve your payment. That means that if the script works on your computer, but it does not work in mine, then project will not be approved. NOTE: I have enough job for all my developers for the next 10 years. We pay $10 per county
