I trade option contracts and I want to be able to analyze option chains. I need a macro for Excel to start at the beginning of column A and subtract each successive row, Subtract Row 2 of column B from Row 1 of Column B then subtract result of B from the result of column A and if the result is greater than a number in B4(? User Input) write A1, A2,B1,B2, and the result on the screen. Start with Column A, Row 1 and subtract each successive row and move to Column A, Row 2 and repeat the entire process. The columns of data are downloaded from [login to view URL] and there are several cells for user input at the top of worksheet, Instrument symbol, Expiration Date, Number of lines of data, and the minimum profit number. I will always download the data so that it starts with Row 10. I am leaving space for other possible user input.
