VNC / Hidden VNC

need a software which can establish hidden VNC connection between my clients after they opened the executable. The executable needs to add itself to start up and have two modes: a) be completely hidden b) have a tray icon where the client can cancel the connection any time Basically: I need a panel (standalone application) where I can make an executable which clients need to open, and select myself if I want a hidden mode, or not. The panel needs to list all the connections and have an ability to connect to the client via VNC protocol, either completely hidden, or with a small pop up notification that the connection has been established (depending on the mode I select while making the executable) The VNC connection, while browsing the internet needs to have the same useragent as the original user. OPTIONAL: also would be nice, if the VNC connection could copy the cookies. Will pay extra for this feature.
