Write some software -- 2

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . We are uk accountants. Our main practice software is BTC ([login to view URL]). This holds all our client data in an Access database I believe. BTC does not deal with letter writing, job management or link to Outlook in any way. So I want either a stand alone or web based piece of software that links to the database and can initially help with: 1. Letter writing in Word and keep copy of these against each client. 2. We will need to be able to set up standard letters with mail Marie to database data. 3. My team will need to allocate time against a client and task in an Outlook style. 4. I will need to be able to generate time reports. 5. We need a standard set of jobs that we do for clients (accounts, tax, payroll etc). We can then choose which tasks we do for which clients and drill down. 6. My main requirement is to link to Outlook and record emails in and out against the correct client. 7. I am sure that there are lots of other things we can include. The software will need to be able to grow and add to. It must talk to BTC. We are a team of 12 using a terminal server and MS Office 2010. If the software goes well then it needs to be able to be licensed to other accountants.
