I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Python. I want a program using opencv, python, hog feature using SVM to detect the cars from top angle or top side angle. It should be as accurate as possible. The detected car coordinates with widths and heights should be returned. Also would want to weigh HOG feature against deep learning do this task.
