Hi There, 1. We can develop the document management system which can read all of the files on a disk, 2. the file format which our system will scan must be provided by you. 4. When a new file is Stored on the disk our software read meta data of the file and will store then in a log < as like google does> 5. When a user searches in the software the result will be displayed as a matched files with the keyword. Hi There are many things to discuss 1- is it ok if it will be web-based application? 2- do You own server? E.g. can i install there some additional linux soft? 3- I need exact formats list because each format is different 4- do You understand that pdf can be indexed only if it contains text but not photo of text? 5- wich are Your requirements in such questions as - GUI, Users administration and access, categorizing of documents, tagging etc

Hi there would be 3 phases . _indexing the document _searching _ Barch job for incremental search we can leverage the capability of solr cloud and Apache tika to achieve this. we need to write a batch job in spring batch to index new documents that would be available during searching. let's discuss.
