Please refer to attached TIFF file, photo and part file before bidding. project scope is: 1. review the drawing, part file and the photo. 2. change the existing part file (or draw new) of the component as part file. 3. analyse the part with a force applied as follows: a. assign 250 MPa grade steel (ASTM A36 steel) b. restrain the plate using the bolt holes - there will be two sets of analysis needed. (this will give 2 output files) 1. the inner 6 bolt holes (refer the setout in top right hand corner of the drawing) 2. the outer 12 bolt holes (also shown on the drawing) c. assign a verical force to the lifting pin (use a 50 mm wide area to simulate a soft lifting strap). d. increase the force till the first part of either component yields e. repeat the process for the second bolt group. We require a print out in PDF of the results for each bolt group the part file
