I need some one with a background in education management or with good knowledge about curriculum management to develop a staff development session for teachers as a part of their initial induction to a new curriculum framework. This session should provide o An understanding of the big picture of the curriculum framework, o Explain the philosophy of it ( i.e. Outcome or Competency based curriculum design). o Comprehensive and working definition of the competencies and how it can be incorporated in the teachers’ classrooms. o The pedagogical dimensions outlines in the curriculum framework. o Include materials developed for the session. All the required information will be provided to the winning bidder. The project should include a minimum of 3000 words. Preferably more. My budget is $40. But we can negotiate a price not too far from my budget (that is if you're an excellent writer). All the shortlisted freelancers will be given a small task to complete to check their competency. Therefore new freelancers looking for a good review can bid too. The freelancer who completes this task the best and agrees to the lowest price will win this project.
