Our organisation subscribes to Skype for Business (Microsoft Lync). We want to use this VoIP application to call (and receive calls from) Australian fixed-line and mobile numbers. When calling out, we wish to have our caller ID visible to call recipients. Likewise, when receiving calls, we need to see the Australian caller IDs of calling parties. We know that this is possible. Advise us on how this is to be accomplished. Specify the sequence of steps to take, as well as the additional resources that we may need to procure. Our headquarters is in Sydney. We need to be able to use Skype for Business (Microsoft Lync) for this purpose whether our personnel are in Sydney, elsewhere in Australia, or anywhere else on this planet.

In addition to installing and just setting up asterisk/freepbx I can also integrate asterisk systems with different other SIP based systems e.g. 1) Asterisk with Cisco CME 2) Asterisk with Cisco CUCM 3) Asterisk with Microsoft Lync 4) Integrate Asterisk / Freepbx with different CRM (ZOHO ,SugarCRM, vTiger). 5) Integrate Cisco 79xx series and newer phones with Asterisk servers 6) Asterisk with WebRTC 7) Asterisk Secure calling (SRTP/TLS) 8) Custom dial plans. kindly let me know if we can have a little chat about your project to better understand the needs of the project. regards,

Best way to reach this goal is though in office PBX system. I can setup local PBX which will be connected to Skype for Business though SIP trucking. All incoming and outgoing calls will be controlled though local PBX. This local PBX can connect to SIP landline phones or you can use BRIA app which is available for Android and Iphone to make and receive calls. Every user can have caller ID or use same caller id (Multichannel phone number). If you have further questions and I will be glade to discuss with you.
