- Escalate specific technical issues to technical staff on the spot
- Administrate and post latest company announcements in the Chinese Telegram group
Apart from customer support, I had completed several projects in which I assisted the clients to manage their social media, the key activities include content creation, content management, sale and marketing, user engagement.
