Hello, I worked as art director, character/creature designer and animator for last 5 years. Now I do my best to develop self-sustainable freelance business. I could make a rig in Maya. If that will work for you. 20% initial milestone payment is mandatory now, Freelancer's rules. I cannot place a bid without it. No need to release anything before you review first drafts. Usually I ask for two more milestones, one when you review and approvemodel, and final one when project is completed.
