I can work on 3d software on Solidworks and Autocad, I know Photoshop & Coreldraw I have 18 year experiance using this software. if i see the project i can do it.

Will help you in establishing is designing the frame with preliminary FEA calculations. If you need just a basic design of forks, that can be done. Observing the picture it seems the frame initial design is weak, moreover footrest on the swingarm is not advisable. If it is for rear usage for production, I believe you should rethink of the frame design. I have been working in this field for over 13 years.
