Hello, I can offer, to do your two Energy models in eQuest (from US Department of Energy), it is a similar software as Energy-Plus, I'll send a sample work for you to see if interested, the basic calculation engine is the same and the results are the same, also, eQuest is approved for LEED aplication in the USA. I'll need drawings and envelope thermal values as well as location for the weather file.
