3DS Max Character rigging and texturing

We have 4 characters already modelled that we need, fully rigged with IK on legs and arms, properly skinned and textured. Ideally using standard or V-Ray materials. The characters have previously been created, so we can provide video/stills references of exactly how we want them to look and move. We need this done in 3DS Max (we are working in 3DS Max 2012) and would like all the textures supplied along with the models please. We will need an NDA signed and obviously need to reatin copyright and usage on all elements. Ideally this would be completed in one week.
