I'm seeking for bilingually skilled phone agents. Ideally, you should be fluent in both English and Spanish. The core of your responsibilities will revolve around handling customer service via phone calls. This will entail providing prompt, reliable, and expert assistance to our clients. Below are the distinctive prerequisites for this job: Skills and Experience: * Excellent command of English and Spanish * Previous experience in a customer-service role * An understanding of telephone etiquette * Proficiency in multitasking effectively under pressure * Capability to work independently from home The role will be home-based, with an expectation of 40 hours of work every week with at least 28 hours of tackled talk-time.
