Check French Translation of Intake Form

We operate "Never Quit Looking" ([login to view URL]), a global database of missing persons, unsolved homicides, and unidentified remains. One of the ways we develop case files is through an intake form offered via JotForm ([login to view URL]). The platform allows us to offer an English and European French translation. The form gathers the victims details (age, hair color, distinguishing features) and details about their case (setting, situation, location, etc) as well as some related information (police contact details, vehicle, suspect). We have machine-translated the form into French, but we need someone who can check the translation and tell us what needs to be corrected. The language is relatively informal and uses simple English. The first page has instructions and the introduction written in paragraphs, but the remaining pages are just common words (e.g., Library, Blonde, Tattoo) and phrases (Orthodontic Braces, City Park). There are some small instructional sentences, but again those are simple English. Hopefully the machine translation worked pretty well on these, but they all need to be double checked. Just use the language change icon to switch between English and French. We hope it will not be a large undertaking. If possible, just a word document explaining the changes that need to be made (the wrong word/phrase and then the corrected one). We are willing to pay a little more for a native speaker who does a good job, but please note that we are paying out of pocket since this is a charity project. It's probably a good job for someone looking for a simpler project. This project is not time sensitive.
