Swiss German Transcription

I have a Swiss German transcription project. I am looking for 2-3 native Swiss speakers. The rate is 96 USDs for every 45 tasks completed. Every task is about 3 minutes with a half of them with speech usually. Payments are made on every Tuesdays for every 45 tasks completed. Unfortunately I cannot make any Milestone payments. Only those parts with speech are transcribed. Each 45 tasks could take about 1-2 days to complete depending on your speed. And the people usually get faster after they complete a round of 45. Please apply if you agree to the above terms. Please apply for 96 USDs first. Those who agree can start with the project asap. What I need is native Swiss German speakers only. Or those German speakers who rely on them in Swiss German. You will have your first payment by freelancer.com and the next rounds by the other means. The project volume is over 200 hours. There is not a deadline presently. For those who are selected, there will be a sample transcription of an audio like 3 minutes. After the feedback, which is provided in 2-3 hours, they could go ahead with the project the same day. No sample work by a Swiss national is rejected by far. For those who will be selected: They must start each sentence with capital letter and complete with a dot. And there are some tags like (ring)(noise)(birds)(fillers) etc. They must press on these buttons in the type box when they hear such noises.
