We need an email translated into German immediately! We are looking for a German speaking freelancer who can quickly respond - this is 10 minutes work for a good freelancer. See the message below... Good Morning, You recently placed an order with us which was shipped on Monday 15th August. Last night we were made aware that the mail bag containing all orders sent on this date has gone missing which may mean your order has not been delivered. Firstly, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. We have never had a problem on this scale during the 5 years we have been trading and we are working closely with Royal Mail to do everything we can to trace the missing bag but in the meantime, we appreciate that your order is now late so if you would like a refund we will of course process that immediately. If you would like a replacement to be sent out, the fastest delivery service we can offer is 3-5 days, as we are based in the UK and are currently unable to offer signed for or tracked services. Your original order may well arrive today/tomorrow and if it does we would appreciate an update so that we can check you off our list. Once again we are very sorry that this has happened.
