An expert is required to develop a tool that collates Twitter feeds from different geo-location and interprete dominant emotions per city. It will also automatically pick pre-defined names of brands by sentiment rating and compare within category . For example pick LG and compare with Samsung Blackberry, Apple in the phone category on real time per day and by geo-location. It must also pick frequency that a brand name is on trending list in the geolocation vs other brands in the same category. Detailed table of brands and categories that they belong are available. Locations and map to guide visualization available. For example if a country has 42 cities, the tool must be able to provide a brand-specific sentiment per cities( e.g. can output in a colour-coded map (red for poor, amber for average and green for good)

Hi, My name is Jin. I have over 20 years of experience working in IT. Over 10 years in Australia as a contract programmer for companies like NAB, Bosch, etc. I am now based in Malaysia. You require the visualization to reflect the specified brand sentiments by cities with a color map. The project is not a difficult one but requires some thought on the design and configuration options. I am very good at communicating with clients and understanding and solving complex problems. Over the last 2 years I have almost exclusively develop web apps visualizations using D3.js. I have written an animated SVG line hand sketching app using D3 for an Australian company, Recently, I have written static and real time D3 charts for clients from Singapore, Norway and the USA. These charts have extensive functionalities including zooming, labelling/annotation and highlighting.
