Visual Basic coding, Twitter follow unfollow over multiple accounts plus auto tweeting

Two sets of visual basic coding required as follows: 1. To automatically follow and unfollow Twitter users depending on certain criteria (follow - that the user follows a certain other user, has used a certain hashtag etc, unfollow - does not follow me, inactive etc). This must be automated across a large number of Twitter accounts (100+) 2. Coding which will automatically tweet from a predefined list of tweets across the same accounts (100+) I'm happy to take onboard suggestions and take input to obtain the best outcome. I'm unsure of the amount of work that would be involved in a job of this kind so would be keen to discuss this. Thanks for reading.
