Make a simple charity game in unity

We are looking for a experienced unity developer make a HTML5 video game for charity pourposes. Our idea is that unlike old charities which never bring much money in for those in need we want to connect charity to a fun activity trough gamification. The game I am talking about is a railway building 3d game with polygon design. It would be a simple game with the following components:
• A Splash screen
• A Menu
o Level Selection
o Settings
• 15 simple levels
• Scoreboard
The game whould be about building a railway between two points so trains can pass trough the level with different logical challanges at each level (which all should be easily completed i mean the levels) I’ve included some photos/sketches about we would like as of levels or menus and the style of the game. Here some links about what unity assets we have purchased for the game so you don’t have to start from sratch.
