I need a 3D model of small resort with surrounding sites in photorealistic quality. Creation of textured 3D masterplan model from basic Sketchup model. It's location to real terrain in photorealistic quality. 3D sketchup model and renders from architects for each object is available. 3D model from which a render can be exported is required with 20 different points of rendering. It consists of 20 villas of 3 types + 3 exclusive villas and one beach club and a marina berth with boats. Overall size of site is 4 hectars. Adjacent development of 15 villas and neighbouring site and objects shall be rendered in realistic quality.
