Insert to be shot for short film

I need to have three shots done which will be used as inserts for a short horror movie. 1) POV of camera entering a young girl's bedroom with the girl asleep. The bedpost has to be on the left hand side of the screen with a white bedspread. A hand straightening the covers over the little girl. 2) A repeat of the above with again the hand straightening the covers of the little girl. 3) A repeat of the above but there is now a mass of blood on the bedsheet. A POV shot of the camera backpedaling as it focuses on the unmoving and presumably dead child. Again, these are inserts for a short horror film. I will provide the A roll for you to view so we can get it to match as much as possible. I would like to be able to download the footage via your ftp site or through e-mail. Would prefer the footage to be shot in HD (I'm using an HVX200 for the short movie.)
