You are correct! This is an easy project. MOD video files are an mpeg 2 variant used by JVC, Panasonic and Canon on a handful of camcorders and are accessible in several editors. Besides the spelling error I would also change the way the titling is done to something a little cleaner and sharper along with 'matting' the footage onto a background to better fit a 16 X 9 aspect ratio. Finally it looks like your company logo was actually on the white board used to shoot the footage rather than dropped in as a graphic. As a result the logo is jumpy especially near the end due to camera shake during the original shoot. I'd take care of that too.
