Experienced US-Based Bilingual Virtual Real Estate Assistant Needed

I'm a real estate investor that needs an EXPERIENCED bilingual (english and spanish) virtual assistant for various tasks that include (but not limited to): * Talking with clients * Responding to emails * Handling real estate closings * Running errands * Scheduling travel * Posting properties for sale on FSBO sites I'm looking for someone that likes to work, not someone that stops checking their email exactly at 5pm. I'm looking for someone that shows up to work without excuses and finds a way to just get things done. I hate micro-managing so I need to know that when I hand you a task that it will get done.
