Friendly construction office looking for Office Assistant! We work in a fast paced, casual, small office environment that works together as a team. Our volume has begun to grow significantly, as a result, we are looking to add a member to our team. Position starts out as temporary, but could become a full time position with the right candidate. Required Skills: Must be able to speak/read/write Spanish Prior administrative experience Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong written and oral communication skills Strong organization and leadership skills Ability to call sales representatives, customers and insurance companies Review and process sales representative’s contracts Ability to work independently and with the team Punctual and dependable, high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment Experience with Outlook, QuickBooks, Acculynx and Xactimate a plus, but not required Experience with insurance claims a plus, but not required Must have reliable transportation to work

Hello! I am very much interested to work for you. I have experiences working as a VA and an appointment setter for a Dental Office. I call patients or send them email or text message to remind them that are due for treatment and schedule them for a visit in our office. I also help in verifying insurance eligibility and coverage by calling the insurance company and accessing their insurance in the web portal to make sure that the treatment will be covered by their policy before rendering the service. Prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant, I used to worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare Insurance Company and a Life Insurance Company for 5 years. I verify insurance benefits, provide status of claims, resolve billing disputes and keep record of customers' transactions.
