RUSSIAN Virtual Assistant - Negotiations Skills Required

We are looking for a virtual assistant that speak excellent Russian and excellent English to help with several management and administrative tasks for our company. - Answer emails with potential suppliers. - Negotiate pricing and contract conditions. - Organize agenda for conference calls. - Make follow up using our company CRM with suppliers. - Update CRM with all information from email and phone conversations. - Make online research for market data, prepare PPT or word presentation with that data. - Fill forms for credit checks. - Take notes on phone conferences and then paste into CRM with all important information. - Follow up on orders placements. We need a full time work (9am till 5pm from Monday to Friday) during the next 3 month in order to finish with that tasks and if everything will be done well we can assign another projects. Requirements: - Russian Speaking and Writing (Excellent) - English Speaking and Writing (Excellent) - Organized - Web research skills - Available to work at least 5 hours per day from Monday to Friday (9am till 5pm EU or US time) - Easy and Fast learning - MS Word/Excel - SMART and Proactive - Negotiation skills
