images in photo(s) pulled out of photo and made into silhouette(s)

hello, all! this project is the exact same type of project that from a few weeks ago…and again has a ? tight deadline. i need to have it done w/in hrs not days.? along w/ your bid, please tell me how long it will take u to complete the task. The coder that worked on the last project was literally able to complete the work (to my 100% satisfaction) within an hr.? please see the attached file for project details and instructions.? Basically, I need a coder to take one of the photos I provide & "pull out" an image of a person/subject within each photo (that I’ve marked) & turn that person into a silhouette image.? There are 4 total images/photos. As mentioned, this project has a VERY deadline. I’m currently in New York City (EST). The time is now, 7pm on Sunday evening, February 28th. I will post this now...and select a coder by 10pm (tonight) - so, within a few hours. The selected coder MUST be able to complete the task and deliver the completed silhouette files by 6am tomorrow morning, Mar. 1st (my time, NYC, EST). Upon completion of the task, delivery of the files? & my approval of the delivered work, the coder will receive a US$25 bonus? along w/ a 10+Rating.
