I need a software which would use a camera(webcam, CCTV) to capture images and perform OCR and store the data which would be retrieved. Preferably using VB. -the camera should capture the license plate number. -perform OCR on the license plate. -store the data in a server. -user to key in license plate number in the service kiosk. -kiosk displays location of the car parked. Note: the camera should be able to capture the images from an angle and perform OCR on preferably 4 cars. Please contact me should you need more information. Thanks
