Email Mailer and Mass Mailing

Okay I have about 6 to 8 images I would like plaged in a creative, powerful and enticing email mailing piece ( 1 page ) I would then like it mass mailed into the major email services accounts in the USA. So if you can create powerful pieces that get opened that would be what I am looking for. If you also have the expertise or the knowledge of how to or who to use to get a mailing done that basically completes the project. It has to be confidential and cost effective as it is an experiment to see if there is any value in attempting to market my products using mass mailings to the west.
