Updates to an existing website

I have an existing website that I need some changes made. I want to map the existing design 100% so it does not look like another designer was involved. (same fonts, style, spacing..) there are 4 areas that I need to do 1. Customer Testimonials - I want a creative way to pop up customer testimonials on the home page. these should fade in and fade out in transition. Also a separate customer testimonial page with a nice format layout to present these 2. A landing page with4 buttons on the page when user presses a button will link to another page. I am open to creative layouts to accomplish this... 3. Setup wizard that will allow a user to track the steps they need to take to roll our solution out to their customers (about a 5 - 7 step process) the wizard will show them what step they are on, give them instructions at each step and then they can mark that step complete and move to the next step. 4. I have 3 screens of data fields that a user needs to fill out then select an upload of a file (spreadsheet) to our system (this is one of the 4 buttons that were linked from above in item 2) 5. show a page with 10 -15 email template names. the user clicks on the email template and email text will display. the user can then copy to clipboard and paste in their email program. You must show examples of your work that are relevant to these specs above. I am looking for all the graphics and HTML/CSS work needed to implement these pages. I can have a programmer help hook things up to back end if needed.
