User experience website design

I require some additional screens for my Ebay like website. I already have the identity, logo, colors, fonts, footer, header, menus, everything. You only have to design the main content of the given screen. For example in the attached image, in the blank space I need you to design the user's personal information screen (fields, buttons, etc). Your main job would be to focus in the user experience and to make it as clear and easy to understand as possible. The person who I will award this project will be more a UX designer than a graphic designer. I won't award this project to programmer or freelancers with no experience on this field. I will provide the template PSD file and extra UI elements that you will work with but you might create more if needed. First, I need to you create the mockups so I can approve them. However the deliverables must be the PSD files with the final elements to slide. The screens that I need are: 1. Notifications 2. My personal information 3. Email preferences 4. Security 5. Purchase/sale details 6. Give user feedback 7. Complete purchase (the screen after the user clicks the buy now button) 8. Help section 9. My addresses For each one I will provide what elements must be on. For example my personal information screen must have name field, last name, etc. Thank you
